Hone Health invites a founding Longevity Physician to join the Hone Black Team. Lead preventive, longevity-focused care and translate cutting-edge biomarker data into personalized treatment plans for highly engaged members.

You will deliver comprehensive virtual longevity consultations, interpret diagnostics, and collaborate across clinical and operational teams to optimize health and performance over the long term.

Qualifications

• Deeply passionate about preventive, longevity-focused medicine.
• Comfortable interpreting comprehensive biomarker panels and creating personalized treatment plans.
• Comfortable collaborating with operations teams.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state; CA or NY licensure preferred.
• Board certified in Internal/Medicine, Family Medicine, Endocrinology or relevant specialty.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional longitudinal care via virtual longevity consultations.
• Interpret advanced diagnostics, biomarkers, imaging, and wearables to tailor treatment plans.
• Proactively optimize health, performance, and longevity with ongoing follow-up and monitoring.
• Translate complex medical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for patients.
• Work with Care Coordination to resolve patient inquiries promptly.
• Provide ongoing feedback to Clinical Operations, Product, and Medical Leadership to improve the member journey.
• Collaborate with Hone's Chief Medical Officer to refine clinical protocols and care pathways.
• Evaluate emerging diagnostics, therapeutics, wearables, and longevity technologies for future offerings.
• Participate in regular physician and cross-functional discussions to share insights.

The Role

Hone is looking for a Founding Longevity Physician to join the Hone Black Team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Longitudinal Care (~90% of Your Time)
  
  
  
  • Conduct comprehensive virtual longevity consultations with a highly engaged patient cohort
  
  
  • Interpret advanced diagnostics, biomarkers, imaging, and wearable data to develop personalized treatment plans
  
  
  • Partner with members over time, proactively optimizing health, performance, and longevity through ongoing follow‑up and monitoring
  
  
  • Translate complex medical concepts into practical, actionable recommendations that empower patients to make informed decisions
  
  
  • Work with the Care Coordination team to ensure all patient inquiries are resolved in a timely manner
  
  
  
  


• Provide Feedback on the Hone Black Medical Infrastructure (~10% of Your Time)
  
  
  
  • Share ongoing feedback with the Clinical Operations, Product, and Medical Leadership teams to help improve the member journey, physician workflows, and overall care experience based on real‑world patient interactions.
  
  
  • Partner with Hone's Chief Medical Officer to identify opportunities to refine clinical protocols, care pathways, and best practices as the practice evolves.
  
  
  • Evaluate emerging diagnostics, therapeutics, wearables, and longevity technologies from a practicing physician's perspective, helping inform future clinical offerings and recommendations.
  
  
  • Participate in regular physician and cross‑functional discussions to share clinical insights, best practices, and opportunities to continuously enhance the Hone Black experience.
  
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Deeply passionate and continuously curious about preventive, longevity‑focused medicine


• Comfortable interpreting comprehensive biomarker panels & creating personalized treatment plans


• Comfortable collaborating with operations teams


• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state, with current licensure in CA or NY preferred. Hone will work with you to get additional licenses.


• Board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Endocrinology, Cardiology, Gynecology, Orthopedics or Regenerative Medicine, or other relevant specialty.


• 7+ years of experience practicing lifestyle, preventive, functional, integrative, concierge, executive, or longevity‑focused medicine preferred.
