Job summary

OneLife Health & Performance is seeking a Concierge Primary Care Physician to lead a capped panel, manage chronic disease, and coordinate comprehensive annual evaluations. The role collaborates with a clinical team to deliver high-quality, concierge-level care in a cash-pay model.

The physician will integrate advanced diagnostics and biomarker interpretation into routine care, while shaping protocols and ensuring consistent access for members. On-site presence in Palm Beach Gardens is required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, or board eligible with certification pending.
• Active Florida medical license, or eligibility and willingness to obtain one.
• Sound clinical judgment and independence in complex primary care.
• Interest in longevity medicine, metabolic health, hormone optimization, and preventive care.
• Discretion and professionalism appropriate to a high-profile patient population.
• On-site in Palm Beach Gardens during clinic hours each weekday.
• Residency within reasonable commuting distance of Palm Beach Gardens.

Responsibilities

• Own a capped concierge primary care panel with chronic disease, acute care, and annual evaluations.
• Direct the clinical team supporting the panel and ensure daily quality reviews.
• Integrate advanced diagnostics, biomarkers, and metabolic optimization into care.
