Job summary
Hone Health is seeking a Founding Longevity Physician to join the Hone Black Team in a part-time, remote capacity. The physician will deliver longitudinal, personalized care to a highly engaged patient cohort, interpreting biomarker data and developing tailored treatment plans.
Candidates must hold an active medical license in at least one US state (CA or NY preferred) and be board certified in relevant specialties.
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state; CA or NY licensure preferred.
- Board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Endocrinology, Cardiology, Gynecology, Orthopedics, Regenerative Medicine, or other relevant specialty.
- 7+ years of experience practicing lifestyle, preventive, functional, integrative, concierge, executive, or longevity medicine.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional longitudinal care (≈90% time) with virtual longevity consultations and personalized treatment plans.
- Interpret advanced diagnostics, biomarkers, imaging, and wearable data to guide care.
- Proactively optimize health and longevity through ongoing follow-up and monitoring.
- Translate complex medical concepts into practical, actionable guidance for patients.
- Provide feedback to improve Hone Black infrastructure and physician workflows.
- Collaborate with Care Coordination to respond to patient inquiries promptly.
- Partner with leadership to refine clinical protocols and care pathways.
