Job summary

Hone Health is seeking a Founding Physician for Hone Black, our concierge longevity program. This remote-first role focuses on delivering longitudinal, physician-led care, interpreting comprehensive biomarker data, and creating highly personalized treatment plans for engaged members.

You will collaborate across clinical and operational teams, shape clinical pathways with the Chief Medical Officer, and help build a scalable medical infrastructure while exploring new diagnostics and technologies.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Endocrinology, Cardiology, Gynecology, Orthopedics, Regenerative Medicine or related field.
• 7+ years in lifestyle, preventive, functional, integrative, concierge or longevity medicine.

Responsibilities

• Deliver long-term, physician-led care to Hone Black members (~70% of time).
• Conduct virtual longevity consultations and interpret biomarkers to personalize treatment plans.
• Collaborate with Care Coordination and operational teams to optimize health and longevity.
• Develop scalable clinical pathways and treatment protocols with Hone’s CMO.
• Evaluate new diagnostics, wearables, and longevity technologies for care improvement.
• Recruit, mentor, and onboard future Hone physicians as the practice grows.
