Job summary

Hone Health is seeking a Founding Physician for Hone Black to deliver longitudinal, concierge care to a select panel of members. You will shape care models, protocols, and physician workflows in collaboration with executive leadership and Medical Director.

You'll design scalable diagnostics, integrate biomarkers and wearables into personalized plans, and mentor future physicians as the practice grows, all while maintaining an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Endocrinology, Cardiology, Gynecology, Orthopedics, Regenerative Medicine, or other relevant specialty.
• 7+ years of experience in lifestyle, preventive, functional, integrative, concierge, executive, or longevity medicine.
• Passionate about preventive, longevity-focused medicine and building new systems.
• Ability to translate biomarker data into personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver longitudinal care to concierge members (~70% of time).
• Interpret advanced diagnostics, biomarkers, imaging, and wearable data to tailor plans.
• Collaborate with Care Coordination to resolve patient inquiries in a timely manner.
