Job summary

Human Longevity, Inc. is seeking a seasoned physician to deliver advanced longevity precision care in our California clinic.

The role focuses on proactive preventive care, genetics-informed medicine, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient health and retention. You will lead clinical care for ~200 members, supervise nurses and clinicians, and collaborate with the Medical Director and Nucleus Medical Group to advance our AI-driven medicine initiatives in a luxury

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a primary care physician with internal medicine or family practice.
• Must obtain California medical license.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to deliver science-based medicine and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide precision longevity care to roughly 200 clients.
• Coordinate care with medical delivery system and specialists.
• Direct and supervise nurses, technologists and clinicians.
• Deliver consolidated health reports and set patient health goals.
• Support telemedicine and digital health modalities.
