Saint Cyr Partners is opening a new outpatient physical therapy clinic in Woodbridge, VA, seeking a licensed PT with DPT/MS to join as a founding clinician. You will develop clinical workflows, treatment standards, and autonomous patient care for adults with diverse needs.

The role emphasizes individualized, high-quality care over volume, with opportunities for leadership as the practice grows and for pursuing specialty certifications and mentorship within a broad PT network.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree required.
• Current or eligible Virginia Physical Therapist license.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment.
• Interest or experience in balance, vestibular rehab, or fall prevention is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help build clinical workflows, treatment approaches, and standards of care.
• Provide individualized, patient-centered care to adults.
• Collaborate with a network of PTs/PTAs for mentorship and development.
• Contribute to clinic growth and leadership opportunities as the practice expands.
