Job summary

Connectly Recruiting partners with a new outpatient physical therapy clinic in Woodbridge, VA to hire a motivated Physical Therapist (DPT/PT). The role emphasizes clinical autonomy and patient-centered care while shaping workflows, treatment approaches, and standards as the practice grows.

The ideal candidate holds a DPT or MSPT and Virginia PT license, with outpatient orthopedic experience, strong communication, and a passion for building a new clinic. Full-time preferred; part-time considered.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in Virginia.
• Comfortable working independently with strong clinical judgment.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Interest or experience in balance, vestibular rehabilitation, neurological rehab, or fall prevention is a plus.
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills.
• Self-motivated in a growing clinic environment.
• Excited to help build and shape a new outpatient practice.
