Talent Solutions Partners in Woodbridge, VA is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (DPT/PT) to join a new outpatient clinic. The role offers clinical autonomy and the chance to help establish workflows, focusing on individualized, patient-centered care rather than a high-volume model.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s or Doctor of Physical Therapy, Virginia license, and outpatient orthopedic experience, with a passion for collaboration, ongoing education, and future leadership as the practice

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree required.
• Current Virginia PT license or eligibility.
• Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Interest in balance, vestibular/neurological rehab or fall prevention is a plus.
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a growing clinic.
• Excited about helping build and shape a new outpatient practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered, individualized care in an outpatient setting.
• Help establish clinical workflows, treatment approaches, and standards of care.
• Work independently with clinical decision-making.
• Collaborate with a network of PTs for mentorship and development.
• Deliver one-on-one treatment for more complex cases as needed.
