Job summary

Essenti Talent invites a Physical Therapist (DPT/PT) to join a new outpatient clinic in Woodbridge, VA. This role offers clinical autonomy, the chance to help build workflows, and a strong patient-centered care model.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree required.
• Current Virginia PT license or eligibility.
• Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Interest or experience in balance/vestibular/neurological rehab a plus.
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills.
• Self-motivated in a growing clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered orthopedic therapy.
• Help establish clinical workflows and standards of care.
• Deliver one-on-one treatment for complex cases as needed.
• Collaborate with PTA and other clinicians as the clinic grows.
• Pursue leadership advancement to lead PT or clinical director.
