Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (DPT/PT) to join a new outpatient clinic in Woodbridge, Virginia.

This founding clinical team member will enjoy clinical autonomy and help establish workflows, treatment approach, and standards of care as the practice grows. The role emphasizes individualized care for a diverse adult outpatient population, with a salary range of $90,000–$110,000 plus a $6,000 bonus potential and benefits, and flexibility for full-time or

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree required.
• Current Virginia PT license or eligibility.
• Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Interest in balance/vestibular/neurological rehab or fall prevention is a plus.
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills.
• Self-motivated in a growing clinic environment.
• Excited about helping build and shape a new outpatient practice.

Responsibilities

• Help establish clinical workflows and treatment processes.
• Contribute to the development of the clinic's standards of care.
• Help shape the clinical culture and patient experience.
• Grow alongside the practice as additional clinicians are hired.
• Pursue future advancement opportunities into Lead PT and/or Clinical Director roles.
