Talent With Heart is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (DPT/PT) to join a new outpatient clinic in Woodbridge, VA. This role emphasizes clinical autonomy, building the clinic's workflows, and defining standards of care while delivering patient-centered, individualized treatment to adult outpatients.

Qualifications

• Master's or DPT degree required.
• Virginia PT license or eligibility.
• Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Interest or experience in balance/vestibular/neurological rehab and fall prevention is a plus.
• Strong communication and patient relationships.
• Self-motivated in a growing clinic.

Responsibilities

• Build and shape the new outpatient clinic's workflows and standards of care.
• Deliver patient-centered, individualized treatment for adult outpatients.
• Exercise clinical judgment while working independently.
