Job summary

Atlas Consultancy Group is recruiting for a partner-track veterinary role in Westlake Village, CA. You will open and lead a brand-new small animal hospital, serving as the founding doctor and shaping medical standards, culture, and client experience from day one.

The position offers guaranteed base salary up to $250,000 per year with meaningful equity (over 50%), no cash buy-in required, and the opportunity to influence hiring, protocols, and clinic operations as you grow the practice.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent degree with licensure in California.
• Solid experience in emergency or urgent care settings.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to build and lead a practice.
• Willingness for long-term commitment as the sole doctor in the early phase.

Responsibilities

• Shape medical standards, culture, and client experience from day one.
• Lead staffing decisions in collaboration with ownership and a business manager.
• Contribute to protocols and day-to-day operations of a new hospital.
• Grow the clinic from ground up as a partner with meaningful equity.
