Atlas Consultancy Group is partnering with a progressive veterinary group launching a state-of-the-art hospital in Tulsa, OK, opening in 2026. We seek an experienced Veterinarian to lead as Partner Veterinarian and Medical Director, supported by a senior leadership team and a path to partnership, with equity and profit sharing.

You will work with a skilled support team in a Fear Free, low-stress environment, enjoying a four-day workweek and a competitive salary up to $200,000, plus comprehensive

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent licensed to practice in the US.
• Eligible for Oklahoma veterinary license.
• Minimum 4+ years of clinical experience.
• 1+ year leadership/management experience preferred.
• Comfort with routine soft-tissue surgery and dentistry.
• Passion for Fear-Free methods.
• Willing to lead, mentor, and collaborate within a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical care as Partner Veterinarian and Medical Director.
