Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking a Founding Partner Veterinarian to establish a modern, relationship-driven practice in Santa Monica. You will shape hospital culture, lead a medical team, and enjoy equity ownership with strong growth incentives.

You’ll mentor veterinarians and staff, build a trusted primary-care home for local pets, and collaborate with a Hospital Manager to drive sustainable success in one of Los Angeles’ coastal communities.

Qualifications

• DVM license in good standing to practice.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in general medicine, surgery and dentistry.
• Proven leadership and mentorship capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build a thriving practice culture focused on client-first service and medical excellence.
• Lead and mentor the medical team, recruiting and developing associates.
• Drive medical and surgical standards and contribute to long-term practice growth.
• Partner with management to align strategy, ownership and growth in the Santa Monica community.
