Qualifications

• DVM degree and license in good standing to practice.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in veterinary medicine, surgery, and dentistry.
• Willingness to work extended hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Entrepreneurial leadership mindset with mentoring ability.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a gold-standard medical culture with a client-first approach.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing veterinary and support team.
• Drive business growth and equity ownership with strategic decisions.
