Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is partnering with a new outpatient physical therapy clinic in Woodbridge, VA to hire a Physical Therapist (DPT/PT) for the founding clinical team.

This role offers clinical autonomy and a chance to help shape workflows, treatment approaches, and the clinic’s standards of care as it grows. You’ll treat an adult outpatient population with patient-centered care, schedule options include full-time (Mon–Fri 8:00–5:00) or part-time, and a four-day 10-hour

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree required.
• Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Interest or experience in balance, vestibular rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, and/or fall prevention is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help establish clinical workflows and treatment processes.
• Contribute to the development of the clinic's standards of care.
• Provide patient-centered care to an adult outpatient population.
