Job summary

KingRecruitingServices is seeking a Physical Therapist (DPT/PT) for a new outpatient clinic in Woodbridge, VA. The PT will work with autonomy to shape clinical workflows, treatment approaches, and standards of care as the practice grows.

We are looking for a PT with a Virginia license, outpatient orthopedic experience, and strong communication skills. Full-time is preferred; part-time may be considered for the right candidate, with comprehensive benefits and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree required
• Current or eligible Virginia Physical Therapist license required
• Comfortable working independently and exercising strong clinical judgment
• Interest or experience in balance/vestibular/neurological rehab and fall prevention is a plus

Responsibilities

• Help establish clinical workflows and treatment processes for a new outpatient clinic
• Contribute to the clinic's standards of care and patient experience
• Provide patient-centered, individualized care to a diverse adult outpatient population
• Collaborate with clinicians for mentorship and professional development
