Job summary

Markent Personnel, Inc. is helping a new outpatient clinic in Woodbridge, VA hire a Physical Therapist (DPT/PT) to join the founding clinical team. The role emphasizes clinical autonomy and shaping the clinic's workflows, treatment approach, and standards of care as the practice grows.

You'll work with a diverse adult outpatient population in a non-high-volume setting, with opportunities for leadership as the clinic expands and for pursuing specialty training and professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree required.
• Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; balance/vestibular interest is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help build clinical workflows and standard of care as the clinic grows.
• Provide patient-centered, individualized outpatient care.
• Collaborate with PTs/PTA and mentor junior clinicians as team expands.
