This role shapes the future of workplace financial wellness while scaling operations to impact thousands of employees across enterprises.

Lead cross-functional efforts, define product roadmaps with engineering, and build client onboarding and success frameworks in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

5-10 years in fintech, financial services, or financial wellness.
Experience with B2B2C models, esp. employee benefits or enterprise software.
Proven product management in consumer-facing financial products.
Building operations from early startup to scale-up stages.

Responsibilities

Design and build operational infrastructure from scratch for a B2B2C platform.
Develop scalable onboarding for enterprise clients and their employees.
Create cross-functional processes and vendor management frameworks.
Define product roadmap with engineering and UX focus.
Establish client success metrics and scalable support operations.
