TouchCare LLC is seeking a Director of Operations in Stamford, CT to lead operational strategy and execution as the company scales in a regulated healthcare enviro nment.

The role oversees People Ops, IT, Finance, Legal, and Product, driving scalable processes, vendor risk management, and audit readiness while partnering with executive leaders to deliver an exceptional member experience.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in operations leadership roles.
• Experience scaling operations in high-growth, regulated settings.
• Healthcare, benefits, or health tech knowledge preferred.
• Hands-on with SOC 2, HIPAA, and audit readiness.
• Cross-functional leadership across People Ops, IT, Finance, Legal, and Product.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive decisive actions.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve TouchCare’s operational infrastructure as the company scales.
• Lead SOC 2, HIPAA compliance efforts and audit readiness.
• Oversee onboarding, IT operations, vendor risk, and contracting.
• Partner with Finance on billing operations, forecasting inputs, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on prioritization, releases, and risk management.
