Success Academy Charter Schools is seeking founding teachers to help launch a new campus in Miami. No teaching background is required; we provide tools, training, and world-class coaching to help you thrive in the classroom and beyond.

As part of the founding team, you will set the culture, routines, and academic excellence from day one, support families, and grow into leadership through accelerated coaching, with strong pay growth and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: bachelor’s degree; bilingual in Spanish and English required; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Teaching certification and Master’s degrees are not required.
• Ability to work in person in Miami, Florida.
• Passion for learning and commitment to student development.

Responsibilities

• Ambassador of SA Winning Adult Culture: collaborate with colleagues, seek feedback, and uphold professional standards.
• Scholar & Family Engagement: invest families in students’ growth and build strong relationships.
• Content Study and Instruction: learn SA curriculum, read texts, and deliver rigorous instruction.
• Evaluation, Assessment, and Continuous Improvement: review student work, reflect, and implement changes.
• Classroom Management: lead a classroom of 25+ students and enforce routines.
