During onboarding and the initial evaluation period, consultants are expected to spend the majority of their time working from our West Valley City clinic. After successfully completing performance and proficiency evaluations, consultants may have increased flexibility to conduct outreach in the community and work more independently outside of the clinic.

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity.
Compensation includes: $120 per Core Membership Sold OR $12 per month per active membership for the first 12 months
