As a Member Specialist, you’ll support purchases, returns, and guidance with self-service tech, while ensuring a safe, organized and welcoming environment for every member.

Qualifications

• Retail experience operating front end equipment such as a cash register.
• Experience with mobile retail applications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by greeting members and identifying their needs.
• Process purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to policies.
• Assist members with self-service technology and checkout processes.
