Sam’s Club Weslaco is opening a brand-new club and seeks skilled, detail-oriented associates to help bring it to life. You’ll join the founding team to shape the member experience, support operations, and create a culture of excellence from day one.

As a Meat Cutter and Wrapper, you’ll cut, grind, wrap, and trim meat, maintaining freshness and inventory in a high-volume, member-focused environment. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Cut, grind, wrap, trim, and package meat according to established standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of floor and backroom operations, product safety, sanitation, and inventory management.
• Maintain quality and date control; ensure packaging, labeling, and storage are correct.
• Assist members with product selection and purchasing decisions; provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Collaborate with team to keep the meat department running smoothly and support other areas as needed.
