Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.

Responsibilities

• Cut, slice, grind, and prepare meat products according to specifications.
• Ensure freshness, quality, and proper rotation according to company standards.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and temperature control guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels, reduce shrink, and properly handle and store merchandise.
• Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment safely and effectively.
• Stock and organize displays to ensure products are available and visually appealing.
• Assist members with product selection and provide expert recommendations.
• Support a high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
