Sam's Club Katy is seeking a Senior Meat Cutter to help build a brand-new club from the ground up. You will cut, trim, and prepare high-quality meats, ensure freshness and proper rotation, and assist members with product selection to drive satisfaction.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative team, uphold safety standards, and contribute to a culture of excellence as part of a founding team in Katy, TX.

Responsibilities

• Cut, slice, trim, and prepare meat products according to specifications.

• Monitor inventory, minimize shrink, and store merchandise properly.
• Operate and sanitize equipment safely.
• Stock displays and assist members with product selection.
