EveryProspect is seeking a hands-on Founding Marketing Manager to establish the marketing foundation for a growing nonprofit technology company serving the nonprofit and fundraising sector.

The role evolves from building infrastructure—website, messaging, Salesforce configuration, marketing automation—to leading demand generation, campaigns, and eventually a marketing team. Strong nonprofit experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B tech or nonprofit tech.
• Experience marketing to nonprofit or fundraising organizations.
• Proven SaaS marketing experience with demand generation.
• Salesforce CRM experience and marketing automation familiarity.
• Strong writing, messaging, and analytics capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead website development, messaging, and digital presence for nonprofit fundraising professionals.
• Build Salesforce infrastructure for marketing operations and campaigns.
• Oversee email marketing, automation, and lead nurturing workflows.
• Develop and execute SEO/content programs and measurement dashboards.
• Drive marketing analytics and pipeline contribution.
