Office Hours Technologies Co. is seeking a Founding Head of Marketing to build our marketing function from the ground up, reporting to the CEO, shaping our messaging and market positioning to accelerate momentum with clients and experts alike.

You’ll own strategy to execution—defining messaging, creating assets and playbooks, and leading campaigns while learning from the market to refine the approach as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Experience as an early marketer at a high-growth, early-stage company.
• Ability to build a marketing function from scratch.
• Strong storytelling and narrative development.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and product marketing in collaboration with the CEO to sharpen our narrative and consistency across Sales, CS, Product and customer experience.
• Develop core marketing and sales assets, including master sales deck, ICP one-pagers, pricing collateral, category overviews, and website content.
• Build and run our content strategy and campaigns to amplify the company narrative.
