Job summary

Antimetal is seeking a high‑agency founding member of our marketing team to shape narrative and market presence as we prepare to launch. This early, hands‑on role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity and loves storytelling.

You’ll own go‑to‑market ideas, craft campaigns across content, social, events, and partnerships, and run experiments to learn what moves the needle. NYC office, in person.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of marketing or growth experience at a startup or high‑growth technology company.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills—you can be clear, specific, and earn attention without being loud.
• Experience with positioning, messaging, launches, or brand campaigns.
• A broad understanding of GTM, with deeper expertise in at least one of content, brand, product marketing, social, events, or partnerships.
• Comfort owning work end‑to‑end with limited guidance.
• Enough technical curiosity to understand what we’re building and who we’re building it for.
• High standards, strong opinions, good taste, and a bias toward action.

Responsibilities

• Shape Antimetal’s narrative, positioning, messaging, and broader market presence.
• Play a significant role in our upcoming launch across content, social, events, partnerships, OOH, and other creative formats.
• Turn complex technical ideas, product developments, and customer outcomes into clear and compelling stories.
• Create campaigns and content that help Antimetal cut through the noise and reach a wider audience.
• Run experiments across channels and tactics, then double down on what shows traction.
• Plan memorable events and brand moments, from intimate dinners to conferences and physical activations.
• Track what’s working, kill what isn’t, and document what you learn.
