TGR Foundation is seeking a Founding Market Leader for Augusta in a full-time, exempt role. You will build the local Lab, recruit a team, establish a local board, and secure multi-million-dollar funding while aligning with national strategy.

You will lead programming, public engagement, and donor relationships, graduating to a high-performing learning lab rooted in STEAM education and community impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive leadership with revenue responsibility.
• Proven builder with experience launching or scaling initiatives.
• Track record of raising significant philanthropic revenue and multi-year partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead market leadership and external affairs to raise Augusta's profile.
• Own local fundraising plans, cultivate major donors and partners.
• Oversee pre-launch activities and ongoing program execution.
• Direct team development, budget oversight, and operations.
• Collaborate with national teams to align local and national strategies.
