Job summary

GT School is seeking a founder-level leader to design, validate, and scale a flagship gifted school model, starting with a prototype campus and expanding nationally. You will also grow GT Anywhere and craft playbooks to scale, with a strong emphasis on leadership, independence, and competitive culture.

This is a full-time contractor role with Crossover as Contractor of Record, based in the U.S. with regular Austin travel.

Qualifications

• Built and scaled a high-impact venture from scratch with significant revenue ownership
• Deep, personal understanding of gifted students through experience or professional context
• AI-first approach prioritizing AI as the default solution at scale
• Proven ability to articulate a compelling vision and convert skeptics
• Based in the U.S. with regular travel to Austin (1+ week per month)
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Design, validate, and scale a prototype campus and expand to a national network
• Develop parent messaging, market strategies, and growth playbooks for expansion
• Define and scale quality standards and cultural rituals across future sites
• Act as the public face of the model via media, events, and partnerships
• Lead scalable, leadership-focused programs beyond academics
