Job summary

Argon AI, Inc. in New York City is seeking a Founding Member for GTM & Partnerships to lead the commercialization and growth of our biopharma AI platform.

You will drive partnerships, hunt net-new opportunities, and design a scalable playbook to hire and build the commercial team. You’ll spend time shaping pricing, product launches, and growth experiments while managing complex deals with top pharma accounts.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in biopharma and life sciences sales or partnerships.
• Deep working knowledge of pharma budgets and structure with direct experience navigating deals.
• Experience closing complex multi-stakeholder engagements spanning months.
• Genuine comfort operating without structure and writing the playbook for a new function.
• You already use AI tools in your own work and personal life.
• Clear communicator and organized.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development including attendance at industry events and client conversations for tailored use cases of Argon's platform.
• Lead deals from first conversation through pilot and enterprise contracts.
• Help shape the sales book and materials and continually create value for partners.
