Job summary

ThoughtSpot is seeking a Growth GTM leader to build the go-to-market strategy for AgentSpot from the ground up. You will work closely with the CEO, product teams, and ThoughtSpot’s customer base to land initial customers and craft a scalable playbook for growth.

You will own ICP definition, messaging, channels, and growth experiments, driving content, community, events, outbound, and partnerships. In-office collaboration is essential to accelerate impact and learnings.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate AI literacy in daily workflows to boost productivity and quality.
• Experience using AI tools (leading LLMs) to automate tasks and improve output.
• Ability to write effective prompts for AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own AgentSpot GTM: identify ICP, positioning, channels and growth strategy.
• Lead growth activities: content, social, events, outbound, partnerships, product-led growth.
• Craft compelling messaging with PMM to simplifyAgentSpot understanding.
• Dale with first 20 customers: pitch, demo, onboard, and convert to advocates.
• Collaborate with Product to capture user signals for future builds.
• Build a repeatable GTM engine to scale from 20 to 200 customers.
