Job summary

Weave is seeking a technically skilled sales professional to build pipeline across systems, sales and marketing. You will work directly with the CEO and CTO to automate the sales and onboarding process, creating demos and reference architectures that accelerate deals.

You should bring a software engineering background, excellent communication skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset. This is a fast-moving, hands-on environment with 5 days in the SF office.

Qualifications

• Must have a software engineering background with production code experience.
• Exceptional communication skills for engineers and executives.
• Self-motivated, comfortable in ambiguity, and wired for speed.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with bias toward action.
• Role requires 5 days in office in SF.

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline across systems, sales and marketing to generate opportunities.
• Partner with founders, engineers, and product to automate sales and onboarding processes.
• Create technical enablement assets: demos, reference architectures, integration guides and docs.
• Refine outbound, pricing, expansion and playbooks; be adaptable as we invent them.
• Be flexible: some days hunting logos, others designing new internal systems.
