Job description

Product Manager – AI Inference Platform (PLG & Growth)

Role Overview: We are looking for a strategic Product Manager to lead the product planning, competitive benchmarking, and PLG (Product‑Led Growth) conversion for our AI Inference Engine. You will directly influence the platform's product direction, growth efficiency, and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Intelligence & Strategy: Conduct end‑to‑end commercial and market research. Continually benchmark against competitors to understand market needs and translate insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Product Roadmap & Execution: Define and iterate the platform‑level roadmap. Demonstrate strong judgment in trade‑offs and prioritization amidst uncertainty to drive successful delivery.
  • Growth Ecosystem (Developer & SMB): Build and optimize the growth lifecycle for developers and SMB users—covering onboarding, activation, retention, and scalability.
  • UX & PLG Conversion: Leverage a deep understanding of Console and self‑service platform experiences to drive PLG conversion (Trial → Paid → Expansion).
  • Data‑Driven Optimization: Continuously refine conversion funnels based on data. Take full ownership of core product experience and PLG metrics (activation rate, retention, and revenue).
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, Growth, and Marketing teams to transform platform capabilities into reproducible success stories.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3–5 years of PM experience with a background in Platform, Developer Tools, or SaaS products.
  • Revenue Impact: Proven track record of managing platform products with a significant revenue scale (USD 10M+).
  • End‑to‑End Delivery: Experience building core products or platforms from 0 to 1 and managing revenue funnels.
  • Growth Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving tangible growth or revenue uplift for SMB or developer users through specific features or product mechanisms.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong capacity for independent commercial thinking; proactive in researching markets and competitors.
  • Domain Expertise: Mature understanding and hands‑on experience in SMB user needs, Console UX design, and PLG growth logic.
  • Result‑Oriented: A strong sense of ownership over conversion and growth KPIs.

Preferred Qualifications (Plus):

  • Experience with AI MaaS (Model‑as‑a‑Service), Cloud platforms, API‑based products, or Generative AI applications.
  • Hands‑on experience in SMB pricing strategy, packaging design, or self‑service billing systems.
  • Familiarity with PLG growth models and the ability to drive product decisions through data analytics.
