Job summary

Basis is looking for a founding growth marketing manager to build the one-to-many engine for in-house finance teams. Our agents already work inside the largest accounting firms in the world.

In-house finance is the next market, and you’ll craft channels, messages, offers, and conversion paths that turn it into qualified pipeline. You’ll own programmatic growth across paid search, paid social, lifecycle, the website, influencers, and new channels.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or paid acquisition, ideally at high-growth software, AI, fintech, or technical product company.
• Track record of paid search and paid social programs that moved qualified pipeline, CAC, payback, or LTV to CAC.
• Command of performance numbers and ability to explain changes and decisions.
• Hands-on depth in campaign structure, bidding, creative testing, landing pages, CRO, and budget allocation.
• Experience wiring ad platforms, website behavior, and CRM outcomes to optimize toward opportunities and revenue.
• Habit of creating leverage through AI, automation, Clay, CRM workflows, and agencies instead of headcount.
• Technical aptitude to quickly learn complex products and credibly market to sophisticated buyers

Responsibilities

• Own programmatic growth across paid search, paid social, lifecycle, the website, influencers, and new channels.
• Set up channels, messages, offers, and conversion paths to build qualified pipeline.
• Work with Head of Content on SEO and AEO, video, and newsletters.
• Build feedback loops so ad platforms learn from opportunities and closed-won deals.
• Set up tools, automate workflows, ship campaigns, and partner with others to move faster.
• Collaborate with Head of Marketing, PMM, Content, Marketing Ops, Sales, and Design.
• Be high-ownership, comfortable in ad accounts and deciding which channel deserves the next dollar.
