Job summary

Spoks is hiring a growth-focused Growth Marketing Lead to own paid acquisition, onboarding and lifecycle messaging for Shopify merchants. You’ll run Meta and Google Ads, optimize landing pages and signup funnels, and collaborate with the founder to decide where to invest next in Austin.

You’ll work with a Content Producer and external partners to move fast, demonstrate impact with data, and build programs that scale to 100,000 customers as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Experience running Meta and Google Ads with spending decisions and results.
• Ability to optimize the entire customer journey from discovery to repeat use.
• Strong writing, creative judgment and the ability to turn ideas into campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition: run and improve Meta and Google Ads, manage budgets, test creatives and channels.
• Improve signup funnels, onboarding emails, automations and lifecycle campaigns.
• Lead SEO and content presence, develop referrals and partner programs.
• Maintain Spoks.com messaging, landing pages and customer stories.
• Collaborate with Content Producer to brief, execute and optimize campaigns.
• Measure performance and attribution, work with engineering on data accuracy.
