• 4+ years across core internet growth functions, with reps in at least three of paid, SEO/AEO, content, social, email, community.
• Creative growth work with notable results and a strong experimentation mindset.
• Fluency with modern growth stack and AI tools as everyday leverage.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline generation across AEO/SEO, paid media, newsletter, blog, Reddit, content, and social
• A high-velocity experimentation engine: launch fast, measure hard, kill what doesn't perform, scale what does
• The signal stack: turning engagement across every channel into prioritized, high-intent accounts our SDR and sales team works daily
• Messaging and positioning tests in partnership with sales and product
