MintMCP is hiring a growth leader to scale a technical B2B product. You will own the acquisition strategy, map the funnel end-to-end, and run fast experiments across paid and organic channels. You’ll work directly with founders and a scaling sales team to optimize pipeline and CAC.

The role demands 4+ years of growth experience in a B2B tech context, hands-on marketing automation, CRM usage, and a results-driven mindset. In-person teams in the SF Bay Area are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 4+ years running acquisition or growth programs for a technical B2B product.
• Hands-on with marketing tech stack and data-driven experimentation.
• Ability to map funnel end-to-end and optimize conversion.
• Experience with multi-channel outbound and ABM motions.
