Qualifications

• Experience running growth programs for technical B2B products.
• Proven ownership of pipeline and growth metrics (MQL/SQL, CAC, payback).
• Hands-on with ABM and multi-channel outbound strategies.
• Familiar with marketing tech stack and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demand generation strategy for enterprise buyers.
• Operate an AI-assisted, SDR-style outbound system and optimize funnels.
• Partner with founders and sales to align messaging and campaigns.
