Job summary

Radical is hiring a senior consumer growth leader to own how patients discover and engage with Radical, from content to referrals and partnerships. You will build the initial growth engine, scale channels, and work directly with founders in San Francisco.

You will lead experiments across the patient journey, leverage AI for rapid iteration, and develop a scalable growth operation that reaches millions of cancer patients in need of Radical’s support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building consumer growth, content, community, referrals, partnerships, or acquisition at an early‑stage or breakout company.
• You are an executor who can develop a strategy, create the first campaign, analyze performance, and improve it yourself.
• You have strong creative judgment and can explain complex cancer-related topics clearly without oversimplification.

Responsibilities

• Build Radical’s organic acquisition engine by developing content and distribution systems reaching cancer patients and turning attention into active usage.
• Turn patients into a sustainable growth channel through referrals, word-of-mouth, and community programs.
• Improve conversion across the patient journey by running experiments on landing pages, onboarding, messaging, and lifecycle communication.
• Find new sources of patient growth by testing new formats, creators, partnerships, and distribution channels.
• Build an AI-native growth operation using lightweight automations to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
