Radical is hiring a senior consumer growth leader to build the engine that gets Radical into the hands of millions of cancer patients. You will own organic discovery, trust-building, engagement, and advocacy, shaping how patients find and share Radical.

You will start by developing organic content, referrals, community, and partnerships, then scale channels, optimize the patient journey, and build an AI-native growth operation with the founders' direct support.

Qualifications

• Five+ years building consumer growth, content, community, referrals, partnerships, or acquisition at an early-stage or breakout company.
• Executor mindset with ability to develop strategy, launch first campaigns, and iterate.
• Strong creative judgment to clarify complex topics without oversimplifying.
• Comfortable measuring performance and explaining variance to stakeholders.
• Willingness to work closely with cancer patients; healthcare experience is helpful but not required.

Responsabilités

• Build Radical’s organic acquisition engine with content and distribution systems.
• Turn patients into a sustainable growth channel through referrals and community programs.
• Improve conversion across the patient journey via landing pages, onboarding, and messaging experiments.
• Find new sources of patient growth through tests of formats, creators, partnerships, and communities.
• Build an AI-native growth operation to accelerate research, content, iteration, and experiments.
