Job summary

Radical Health AI in San Francisco is seeking a founding design engineer to shape our patient platform and brand, working directly with the founders to impact cancer care. You will translate predictions into understandable visuals and build a loved consumer brand across landing pages, product, and patient touchpoints.

You will ship rapidly to learn what earns patients’ trust. This role requires hands-on design and engineering capability and a passion for empathic care and communicating complex

Qualifications

• You have designed and built consumer products that people love.
• Strong visual taste with typography, hierarchy, layout, and motion.
• Experience using AI tools to prototype, code, and explore ideas.
• Comfortable owning outcomes like activation and retention, using data with design judgement.
• Excellent communication with users and ability to adapt based on feedback.

Responsibilities

• Turn model recommendations into patient-facing treatment explanations and reports.
• Build a distinctive Radical identity across product and brand touchpoints.
• Design, build, ship, and test rapidly to validate trust with patients.
• Collaborate with patients and care teams to iteratively improve the product.
