Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a founding growth hire focused on content for an early-stage AI dating company. You will shape the brand’s social presence, craft growth programs, and collaborate with founders and engineering to translate user feedback into content ideas.

Role is on-site in San Francisco with a base salary of $100,000–$130,000 per year and visa sponsorship not available. You will own video production and growth initiatives to accelerate user acquisition and engagement.

Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years in an early-stage startup or high-performance environment.
• Hands-on experience producing professional short-form video, including scripting, shooting, editing, and color grading.
• Experience developing and executing multi-channel growth strategies and using content or engagement data to guide decisions.
• Familiarity with product analytics and data analysis tools, A/B testing or experimentation methods, and growth metrics.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects or improving user acquisition, conversion, or onboarding flows is valuable.

About the Role

Join a small go-to-market team at an early-stage AI company in the dating and human connection space. As the founding growth hire with a focus on content, you will shape the brand's social presence and help build growth programs as the company expands.

What You'll Do

• Concept, script, shoot, edit, and color grade short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, and other channels.

• Build a polished, engaging social presence and use content and engagement data to prioritize formats and channels.

What We're Looking For

• 1 to 4 years of experience in an early-stage startup, consulting, investment banking, or a similarly high-performance environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $100,000 to $130,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
