True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking an early-stage full-stack engineer to join an AI startup in San Francisco, building a self-serve platform for generating video content, marketing campaigns, and localized assets.

You will own frontend, backend, and infrastructure, shipping features with minimal manual work while integrating language model-powered agents and creative workflows into a polished product.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of full-stack engineering experience, including relevant internship experience.
• Experience building production web applications across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Proficiency with Python and JavaScript, and experience with React, Next.js, or Node.js.
• Experience as a founder, founding engineer, or early employee at an engineering-focused startup.
• Strong computer science fundamentals and the ability to explain technical decisions and thoughtfully challenge product direction.
• Familiarity with language model applications and agent architectures.
• Experience with human-in-the-loop learning, reinforcement learning from human feedback, or creative and video products is a plus.

About the Role

Join an early engineering team at an AI company developing tools for generating video creative. You will work closely with the founders to build a self-serve platform that helps businesses create launch videos, sales content, and localized marketing campaigns.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship the web platform across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.

What We're Looking For

• Zero to three years of full-stack engineering experience, including relevant internship experience.

• Experience building and shipping production web applications across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $175,000 to $275,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is not available.
