Qualifications

• At least 3 years of progressive management in food service, QSR, retail, or consumer goods.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business and financial acumen to evaluate store potential and drive profitable growth.
• High-energy, results-driven, and adaptable, with a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to maintain exceptional standards in beverage quality, service efficiency, and store cleanliness, ensuring a consistently seamless and enjoyable customer experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Leading day-to-day operations and setting the tone for an outstanding in-store experience.
• Building, coaching, developing and inspiring a high-performing team with shared values around quality and hospitality.
• Driving operational excellence, from inventory to labor management to customer service.
• Acting as a brand ambassador and community connector, bringing Milksha’s values to life.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and other Support Center teams to execute campaigns and share feedback.
