This is a full-time, hourly-paidposition based inThe Great Mall - Milpitas, CA. Weekend andevening availability is required. Competitive pay, benefits, and a chance tosupport Milksha’s very first U.S. store launch.

As StoreSupervisor, you will assist the General Manager and store team in theachievement of the Store Business Goals through effective implementation ofspecific operations support activities in the following areas, as assigned:

• Implement assigned Product/Service Quality and/orCleanliness & Sanitation (C&S) Program.
• Implement assigned Crew Management activity.
• Implement assigned Cost Management activity.
• Manage operations of assigned Local Store Marketing orPackaged Program (if any).
• Corporate Leadership Brand, Inspire Joy and Choose Joyprograms.

• Atleast High School graduate
• Atleast (6) months experience as a Team/Crew Leader/Trainer in a quick servicefood establishment, or any beverage concept or retail operations or equivalentcombination of education & experience from which comparable knowledge,skills & abilities have been achieved
• Highenergy level; must be able to work in varying work schedules and workweek/daysincluding holidays
• Effectivecommunication and interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented,self-driven, fast learner & adaptable
• Computerliterate in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
