Job summary

Milksha Store is seeking a personable Barista for its Milpitas flagship store opening. You will craft handcrafted milk tea and specialty beverages, engage guests, and contribute to a welcoming, energetic team environment.

This position offers part-time or full-time, hourly pay, with weekends and evenings required. Training is provided, and you’ll join a pioneering brand focused on quality, sustainability, and joyful guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years high school education.
• Previous barista or food service experience is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person.
• High energy and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A passion for milk tea, hospitality, and sustainability.
• Great communication skills and a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare handcrafted milk tea and specialty beverages to exacting standards.
• Follow FIFO stock rotation and food safety practices.
• Deliver warm, friendly, and memorable guest experiences.

This is a part-time/full-time, hourly-paidposition based inThe Great Mall Milpitas, CA. Weekend andevening availability is required. Competitive pay, benefits, and a chance tosupport Milksha’s very first U.S. store launch.

YourDaily Tea-rrific Mission:

• Preparehandcrafted milk tea and specialty beverages to exacting standards.
• Understand,follow, and practice adherence to company policies, workplace safety standards,First In-First Out (FIFO) stock rotation, follow and promote Food Safetypractices, cleanliness and sanitation and good housekeeping practices.
• Deliverwarm, friendly, and memorable guest experiences.
• Maintaina clean, organized, and joyful workspace.
• Reportworkplace problems and concerns (i.e., damaged, or spoiled beverage or fooditems) to the supervisor on duty. Take instructions and follow identifiedinterim, preventive, and contingent actions set by the store management team.
• Assistin the proper receiving, handling, storage and preparation of food andpackaging materials.
• Abideand follow all rules and regulations as set forth in the Employee Handbook.
