Job summary

Milksha is seeking a founding team member to launch our first U.S. flagship store in Milpitas, CA. You will craft handcrafted milk tea and specialty beverages, deliver joyful guest experiences, and help build a welcoming, high-energy environment that reflects our values of joy, quality, and community.

We offer health benefits, 401(k) match, and flexible schedules. Weekend/evening availability is required as we open Milksha Milpitas and grow with the brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of high school education.
• Previous barista or food service experience is a plus but training can be provided.
• High energy and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for milk tea, hospitality, and sustainability.
• Great communication skills and a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

Your Opportunity to Support and Grow

This is a part-time/full-time, hourly-paid position based inThe Great Mall – Milpitas, CA. Weekend and evening availability is required. Competitive pay, benefits, and a chance to support Milksha’s very first U.S. store launch.

Your Daily Tea-rrific Mission:

• Prepare handcrafted milk tea and specialty beverages to exacting standards.
• Understand, follow, and practice adherence to company policies, workplace safety standards, First In-First Out (FIFO) stock rotation, follow and promote Food Safety practices, cleanliness and sanitation and good housekeeping practices.
• Deliver warm, friendly, and memorable guest experiences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and joyful workspace.
• Report workplace problems and concerns (i.e., damaged, or spoiled beverage or food items) to the supervisor on duty. Take instructions and follow identified interim, preventive, and contingent actions set by the store management team.
• Assist in the proper receiving, handling, storage and preparation of food and packaging materials.
• Abide and follow all rules and regulations as set forth in the Employee Handbook.
